Eyce offers a 15 day 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy on all Eyce Mold and Accessory Specific Products.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO GROUPON OR TOUCH OF MODERN CUSTOMERS!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product within 15 days from date of purchase, you may return the product for a full refund excluding shipping charges, no exceptions. Eyce will refund your payment within 7 business days of the refund or exchange if one is granted. You must have a proof of purchase (online order number) for all returns and/or exchanges. This policy does not apply to in store purchases and can only be redeemed directly through Eyce's website (eycemolds.com), not through a retail store or any other online retailer. This policy does not apply to sale items, all items sold at a discount are final. EYCE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN SMOKED OUT OF.

Customer will be obligated to pay all shipping charges related to exchanges, returns, and warranty if any are provided.

The product must be in good condition in order to be returned or exchanged and all pieces including the packaging must be in order. Eyce will not accept a return or exchange if the customer does not return all pieces of the product, or if the packaging has been compromised. 

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Eyce is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the Eyce Returns Department, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Eyce is not responsible for items going out of stock. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase. 
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 15 Day Return Policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

This policy does not apply to Sale Items, all sale item purchases are final and can not be returned or exchange.
